Springboard Trust is a unique charitable trust working within the New Zealand educational sector to assist principals enhance strategic leadership capability. Our work stems from the fundamental premise that more effective strategic leadership will not only enable positive change in schools, but also assist in improving student outcomes.
Springboard Trust builds school leadership competency through strategic planning and strategy implementation programmes. Our professional learning and development (PLD) for principals is supported by leadership coaching from talented cross-sector skills volunteers.
By partnering with some of New Zealand’s leading public, private and philanthropic organisations, Springboard Trust has already made an impact for 224 alumni schools, many of which serve challenged communities in Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Gisborne and Wellington.
