Maxine Shortland
Maxine Shortland is an Independent Director and newly appointed member of the New Zealand National Lottery Board of Trustees.
She was Chief Operating Officer at Ngati Hine Health Trust between 2012-2017. Maxine offers 20 years’ experience within Governance, as an NGO Executive and within Maori management sector - particular to Education, Environmental and Public Health. Currently on sabbatical, Maxine’s next endeavour involves completing a Doctorate in Health Science.
