Our team

Kylla joined Springboard Trust in June 2017. She has an honours Degree in Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering and a PostGrad diploma in Business Administration. Kylla has held a number of senior management roles for Coca-Cola Amatil and brings a wealth of knowledge in supply chain management, project management and market commercialisation. She has a strong belief that clear objectives and upfront planning are fundamental in successful project delivery. Kylla looks forward to contributing her skills to supporting the Springboard Trust values, vision and impact. A mother of two primary school children, Kylla enjoys spending her time with friends and family, working on the lifestyle block with her partner or chilling at the beach while the boys surf.
