Mark joined the team in July 2017 having worked as a volunteer capacity partner for a number of years. He has held a number of senior management roles in New Zealand and in the UK, and has most recently been running a consultancy business focused on improving customer and business outcomes through the utilisation of customer centricity improvement practices.
Mark is a qualified accountant and business process management expert, a Lean 6 Sigma black belt. He brings a wealth of leadership, coaching, relationship management and change management experience, and enjoys creating change within an organisation through collaboration.
