Sandra has most recently been with Stellar Consulting, leading a practice of exceptional BI consultants. She has more than 15 years’ experience in IT project portfolio management including Business Intelligence, payments and infrastructure solution projects, all in the context of service based offerings.
Through-out her career she been engaging with people to connect and shape successful outcomes. At the heart of this is a passion for people, making the whole greater than the sum of the parts. Working with smart people, being able to contribute, but better still facilitate to exceed the collective expectations.
Sandra successfully adopts a coach based style, recognising great in others, and caring about their individual outcomes as well as the teams. She is a great team player, a great listener and operates with honesty and integrity.
Outside of work Sandra has her hands full with her growing family. When she finds the time, she enjoys yoga, paddle boarding and reading on a variety of subjects that feed the mind and soul.
