Mother, partner, sports fan, foodie. Elaine More joined Springboard in January 2016. Bringing her expertise in evaluation and strategy and professional experience from more than ten years across the non-profit sector.
Inspired by being a sport volunteer as a young(er) person Elaine developed a passion for charitable work and making a difference in our communities. Elaine provides strategic and evaluative support to the wider Springboard team and school leaders, and is happy spending time improving impact; one goal at a time. When not glued to a plan of some sort Elaine is out in the garden or attempting to build something new.
