Our team

Caroline has a background working in higher education on diversity, alumni engagement, and innovation and entrepreneurship programmes.  She is a trained facilitator and has heaps of experience leading teams on their strategic professional development growth.  Caroline will be managing and facilitating the High Performing Leadership Team Development programme.
