We are a unique education change and impact organisation, bringing cross-sector experts together with school leaders to create effective strategic leadership for Aotearoa.
That leadership shapes students, schools, staff, parents, whānau and communities – creating incredible long-term outcomes and a brighter future for our tamariki. It's simple - great leaders make great schools.
Our vision states explicitly what we stand for and what the legacy is that we want to deliver through our work. The first half speaks to what we want to see in Aotearoa schools: leaders whose strength lies in their strategic focus and who passionately pursue positive change for ākonga and community.
The second half speaks to why we come to work each day: so that all tamariki mokopuna can flourish in our schools, live fulfilling lives and create a stronger, dynamic future for Aotearoa.
This vision is supported by our three core values, developed collaboratively by the Springboard Trust team. Together, these values define who we are and how we aspire to work together – including within our wider community of principals, volunteers and partners.
