Te Uru Amokura | Springboard Trust is inviting up to 30 school leaders, from alumni schools, to join a FREE 60-day trial with Rising Team, a team-development platform that provides software-guided workshops, (kits) on drivers of high performing teams and an AI coach (Arti) for roleplaying difficult conversations.
What school leaders gain:
Through 60-day access to self-guided workshops (kits) and an AI coach, school leaders will:
- Get FREE access to workshops to develop team confidence and navigate difficult conversations
- Practice hard conversations, giving feedback and coaching through unlimited access to AI roleplay
- Invest approximately 4 hours of time, over one term to access Rising Team workshops and AI coach, at no cost
- Have a voice in shaping an equitable, Aotearoa New Zealand-tailored Rising Team model
Who it’s for:
This trial is open to groups of 2 of more current or aspiring leaders in any New Zealand school (including senior, middle and aspiring leaders).
Your commitment:
Time: Approximately 4 hours of your time across Term 3

How it works:
