Who is it for?

Principals who have completed the Strategic Leadership for Principals Programme (SLPP) and members of their leadership teams.

Why do it?

Effective leadership starts with individual self-discovery as the foundation for an individual development plan, which combined with mentoring and guidance produces breakthrough results.

What is it?

Through this programme, participants reflect on their individual leadership practice to identify areas for development. An individual leadership plan based on 360-degree feedback helps leaders gain greater awareness of their strengths and where they might benefit from future development.

Our 360 tool focuses on those leadership attributes which characterise effective learning organisations. It is based on a positively oriented feedback model that promotes confidence, positivity, high expectations of performance and a sense of meaning to enhance leaders own sense of well-being as well as the people they lead.

How does it work?

Participants undertake a 360 survey on their leadership followed by three 1:1 coaching sessions. Individualised coaching helps to create self-awareness and affirmation of strengths as well as a personalised leadership development plan.

It created more leaders — members in our team are now seeing themselves as leaders and being a part of change.
