We are proud to share our 2024 Impact Report – a comprehensive reflection of our mahi and the transformative impact of improved strategic leadership in schools across Aotearoa.
This year’s report highlights the enduring impact of our cross-sector model, the measurable outcomes of our programmes, and the voices of the tumuaki and school leaders who capably drive meaningful change in their communities following their learning with us.
We are especially proud to report a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of $5.70 for every dollar invested – a 39% increase since our last measure by Impact Lab in 2020 – affirming the value and efficiency of our work. This impact is observed not only in the professional growth of school leaders and their teams, but in improved outcomes for ākonga, strengthened school cultures, and more connected communities.
From the launch of new pilot initiatives to a refreshed organisational strategy, 2024 has been a year of ongoing adaptation, innovation, and commitment to our purpose. As we look ahead, our refreshed strategy for 2025 – 2030 sets a course for deepening our impact, securing our organisational sustainability, and uniting leaders across sectors to transform the education system.
