Joy is a strategist, systems thinker and lifelong learner who has spent more than two decades shaping and delivering complex payment and digital experiences. Starting in computer operations at Beca Carter, her career spans roles across engineering; construction; insurance; banking; and independent consulting across Asia–Pacific.
Known for her critical thinking, curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity, Joy blends research, data, design and operational excellence to create clarity from complexity and bring a values‑first approach to every challenge.
Having first engaged with Springboard Trust as a volunteer Capacity Partner, Joy welcomed the opportunity to support the team in an operations and support role in 2026.
